- On occasion, the pool must be closed until the service people can
re-adjust the chemicals. This is very common with heavy
rainfall. The pool is tested daily for chemical imbalances &
cleanliness, so it usually is not closed for more than a day. We close
the pool for your safety.
- Can the clubhouse be
rented, what is the cost?
- The clubhouse can be rented for a fee and security
deposit. This fee is to cover the utilities used and for maintenance
of the clubhouse.
